Also, Beth Goodyear from FMHS Consulting and author of the IWFM Good Practice Guide on Customer Experience will be hosting a workshop aimed to get us all thinking about how we can improve first impressions of the buildings and services we manage. The workshop will also explore how we can innovate to improve the services we offer.
